We live in an oversaturated technological society. The act of making art and reflecting on oneself can be transformative. The studio is a place where we can pause, turn off external distractions, play, get messy and tune in to what's inside of ourselves. It is life giving. I specialize in facilitating spaces for others to find and reconnect with themselves through intuitive painting, embodied clay work, movement or guided drawing. $45/hr. Limit to 6 persons. Group will start when 5 people confirm.

Meeting one Saturday monthly. This facilitated 3 hr embodied somatic art supervision group provides body based art invitations to support clinicians in processing clinical work, workplace dynamics, systemic barriers and relational understanding of self of the clinician.
For ATR-P / ATR/ LAT or LCAT licensure in Oregon. Held in a studio setting .
$50/hr In-person. Limit to 6 persons.

Based on the work of Michele Cassou, the point zero paint process guides participants to explore and connect with their intuition, as the painting is the guide into the unknown.
Starting in 2026 I will be offering these in a private studio setting with a limit of 5 people in each group.
